Baseball Trials 2021 @Stratos Tightend Arena, KPHB

Dream Olympic Sports as a part of its initiative to develop, inculcate and identify young baseball talent at the grass roots level organised a sub-junior level baseball trials on 22^nd September 2021, at Stratos Tightend Arena, Hyderabad from 7 Pm to 9PM. The event was organised focusing on children below the age of 14 who wanted wished to learn and participate in the game of Baseball. The event saw a good turn-up with a decent amount of children showing up for the trials. Former Indian Baseball Captian-turned coach Mr. Lamge Rajender along with his team mentored the children and taught them the basics of pitching, catching and hitting. Once the children understood the basics, a friendly match was organised by dividing the attendees into two teams. The children, despite having known the nuances for only a short period of time showed exemplary skills on the field and enjoyed to their fullest.

The event was well appreciated by the guardians who were accompanying the children and ensured that the children would keep turning up for such events and keep participating whenever a similar opportunity comes up.
